Future of Web Design? Let's talk about the future!
    started

FOWD should be at the forefront of the design movement. While talks about implementing and methods for HTML/CSS could be good, they are hardly the "future" anymore, they should be tools we use in every day work by now! Why don't we take the conversation to the next level; what's achievable with CSS3, what's happening with HTML5, user experience and information architecture and how to work that into our design processes, methods for user testing, microformats, photoshop design vs sketch to html/css and many many more. Let's talk about the *future* of web design!

Get Steve Pearce from POKE to talk again

Simple, short and to the point talks are best. That way you can get more speakers packed into the day

Paul Boag was really good at Fuel. Why not fly a Brit to the US for a change. it always seems to be the other way around!

How about that dude who writes all those cool articles on the FWA and produces all those kick ass projects? I heard he is like this super high speed web evangelist.

Wireframes, Standards and other tools designers should know.

Being a Graphic Designer, I needed to self teach myself many of these practices. It would helpful for someone to present these in a straight forward manor.

Some of his tweets are interesting but so many are not and I really don't want to unfollow.

    have morning: conference; afternoon: workshop

A whole day of speakers gets exhausting. How about speakers in the morning, workshops in the afternoon, spread over the two days?

Or at least don't have us in a room with GIANT windows where the sun can screw up the presentations.
